The Mint Wordle

Have you ever wanted an easy to use word cloud?

This Word Cloud provides a succinct analysis of the services we offer. We find them really useful for summarising our clients most important strategic actions.

The first tag clouds on a high-profile website was on the photo sharing site Flickr, created by Flickr co-founder and interaction designer Stewart Butterfield. That implementation was based on Jim Flanagan’s Search Referral Zeitgeist,a visualization of Web site referrers. Tag clouds have also been popularized by Del.icio.us and Technorati, among others.

To create the above cloud we used a site called Wordle.  Wordle is a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes. The images you create with Wordle are yours to use however you like. You can print them out, or save them to the Wordle gallery to share with your friends or even embed them in your site.
